Simply select one of the three rings depending on the size of your pan (8″, 9″, or 10″), and place the mold on your pastry board with the dough in the center. Roll the dough until it reaches the edges of the mold. Then, remove the mold and transfer the pie crust to your pan. The thickness of the mold is 1/8″, which is the standard thickness for a pie crust.The Perfect Pastry pie crust mold allows you to roll out a perfect circle of dough to an even thickness.
